48,000 capsules / hour, 6-hole perforated-disc dosing, ±3% fill accuracy — fully automatic hard-capsule filling in a compact cGMP frame.
A fully automatic hard-capsule filling machine using intermittent operation and a perforated-disc filling mechanism. Capsule feeding, orientation, separation, powder dosing, defective-capsule rejection, locking and finished-product discharge are completed in one continuous cycle — with the compact structure, low noise and stable dosing accuracy required for GMP production.
Built for stable, repeatable dosing on the high-throughput capsule line.

Every capsule passes through the same six stations in a single rotation of the mould turntable, with no manual intervention and no break in containment.
Empty capsules are fed from the hopper and oriented cap-down into the mould.
Vacuum suction separates cap from body at the separation station.
A rotating metering disc fills each body with a metered volume of powder.
Unseparated or damaged capsules are automatically ejected.
Cap and body are precisely aligned and pressed to a tight lock.
Sealed capsules are ejected through the discharge port.
Built for stable, repeatable dosing on the high-throughput capsule line.
