DAC800 Preparative Chromatography System

Dynamic axial compression (DAC) preparative HPLC system for peptide, oligonucleotide and small-molecule API purification.

The DAC800 preparative HPLC system uses dynamic axial compression technology to maintain packed-bed stability during high-load peptide and API purifications. It integrates solvent delivery, UV detection and automated fraction collection for GMP-ready purification workflows, and is the first step of the API purification train.

The DAC800 anchors the API purification train with reproducible preparative separations at process scale.

  • Dynamic axial compression column for reproducible preparative separations
  • Designed for peptides, oligonucleotides and small-molecule APIs
  • Integrated solvent delivery and automated fraction collection
  • Positioned at the front of the API purification train
  • Feed-compatible with rotary evaporation, crystallization and freeze-drying downstream

One line, five steps, zero hand-offs

Axial compression keeps the bed stable at scale

A piston applies continuous axial pressure to the column bed, preventing void formation and maintaining resolution from run to run.

1

Bed packing

The piston compresses the stationary phase into a stable, uniform bed.

2

Equilibration

Solvents equilibrate the column before loading.

3

Sample loading

Crude peptide or API is loaded onto the column.

4

Gradient elution

The solvent gradient separates the target compound.

5

Fraction collection

Automated fraction collection harvests the product.

Are your machines GMP-compliant?

All DIAGNOSEX process equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP / cGMP principles. Documentation packages supporting regulatory submissions — including material certificates, calibration records, and design qualifications — are available upon request.

Yes. Vial and stopper formats, throughput, automation level, cleanroom classification, and integration with upstream or downstream equipment can all be tailored to your process. Share your requirements and our engineers will propose a configuration.

Standard configurations generally ship within 8–12 weeks after order confirmation. Customized or fully integrated lines typically require 12–16 weeks, depending on the scope of engineering involved.

Yes. Our engineers provide on-site installation, commissioning, and structured operator and maintenance training. Remote commissioning support and English-language video training are also available.
