RNE90362 Double-Head Filling & Capping Machine

Rotary double-head filler for vials, essential-oil and perfume bottles; available with laminar-flow hood.

The RNE90362 is a compact rotary filling and capping machine for small-batch production and laboratory-to-pilot scale-up. Its self-developed servo divider is smaller and lighter than conventional cam systems, with free-angle adjustment and automatic homing.

The RNE90362 packs the full rotary fill–finish workflow into a compact frame suited to pilot suites and small cleanrooms.

  • Double-head rotary dosing with peristaltic pump
  • Integrated bottle unscrambling, stopper pressing and cap feeding
  • Servo divider: small size, light weight, angle adjustable, auto-homing
  • Optional laminar-flow hood (LAF) for ISO-classified aseptic environments
  • Strong compatibility with multiple bottle and cap geometries
