A compact benchtop line that combines peristaltic-pump liquid filling, inner-stopper insertion, re-pressing and aluminium cap sealing on one rotary turntable. Built from 6061 aluminium alloy and 304 stainless steel, it brings a full fill–finish sequence into the laboratory, pilot plant or small-batch production room.

Vials stay on the same rotary platform from filling through final cap sealing, so the product is never handled between stations.

Bottle loading

Vials are sorted and conveyed one by one into the main turntable waiting area.

A stepper-driven peristaltic pump doses the set volume through a height-adjustable filling needle.

Inner stopper

Stoppers oriented by the vibratory plate are vacuum-adhered and pressed onto the bottle neck.

Stopper detection

An in-line probe verifies presence; a missing stopper triggers an alarm.

Re-pressing

A pressure-reducing mechanism presses the stopper fully home.

Outer cap

Caps oriented by the vibratory plate are mechanically placed on the neck.

Rolling seal

A rotating motor crimps the cap; the cap probe verifies presence and alarms if missing.

Finished vials are transferred to the discharge conveyor.
