3.24 m² shelf area, 60 kg ice capacity, PLC + HMI recipe control — commercial in-situ silicone-oil lyophilizer.
The RNE90351 is a commercial-scale in-situ silicone-oil freeze dryer for GMP production environments. With 3.24 m² of shelf area and a 60 kg condenser, it handles large peptide, biologic and small-molecule batches with the same ±1 °C uniformity as smaller LGJ models.
The RNE90351 is the largest model in the LGJ family, engineered for commercial-scale lyophilization of peptides, biologics and small-molecule APIs.

Recipe-controlled shelf ramping, vacuum profiling and condenser monitoring give every commercial batch a complete electronic record.
Vials or trays are loaded and shelves ramp down to freeze the product in place.
Sublimation under ≤ 5 Pa vacuum; shelf temperature follows the programmed ramp.
Desorption stage raises shelf temperature to strip residual moisture.
Hydraulic press seats stoppers inside the chamber under vacuum or inert gas.
Chamber is backfilled with nitrogen and sealed vials are unloaded.
